was founded in 2006
from a simple idea:

to build a solid company capable
of producing Italian desserts on a large scale,
without losing the soul of traditional pastry-making.

 

A project driven by vision, expertise and passion.
From the first single-serve desserts made in Alba,
today our products are enjoyed all over the world.
And behind every product there is still the same goal:

At Dolceria Alba, there are no secondary roles.
Every dessert that leaves our facility is the result of teamwork: pastry chefs, food technologists, technicians, office staff and warehouse operators.
Whether they have been with us for years or have just joined, everyone shares the same culture: doing things well, with passion and professionalism.

We are Italian, we produce in Italy, but our mindset is global.
We export to over 65 countries, with a range designed to meet different markets, increasingly focused on quality, service and traceability.
